Successes:
-The end of Racism and the African-Americans won there rights, now everyone is equal, everyone is allowed to do what they want, this will change the Union.
-Education in the South, people/kids will learn and grow up to be eduacted and have a good life and in the futre have a good job.
-The country is re-established and its going to be a new and fresh satrt for everyone, this will permit everyone to forget thz past, even if it is unforgettable and start a new life with a new house and job to live.
-Jobs, Homes and Education is created, this will bring a change to the country where everyone will be civilized and have a job and a home, in other words a proper life.
Failures:
-The south is slow to industalize, this will have an impact on the economy because how will people do to work if they dont have a place to work and the productions in the first years will be low.
-Racism continues, this will have an effect on the African-Americans who fought for there liberty, but sadly it continues.
-Corruption was also a problem, if there was corruption this meant no serious work which lead to problems in the administration.
-The economy was low, and there were many taxes and lots of money was spent, this had a consequenece on the economy, which was they couldnt export/import as much and also the Union wasnt advancing on the economic phase.
