In my own and personnel words I think globalization is a big and important term. In my opinion I think these are two good definitions:

-A society or company that expands and develops all over the globe.

-The enlargement and increase of a commerce or industry all over the world.





Pros:
-Your business/product is represented through all the world.
-More money is gained.
-People are consumers and the business/ product people work.
-Helps the economy.
-More production .
-Better relations between two countries.
-Technological development and communication.

Cons:
-Problems can occur.
-Big responsibility.
-High wages if you want your product to be at its best.
-The question of the environment.
-Loss of jobs in case of crisis which results into riots.
-Strikes.
